**Tom Brown *is Head Gardener at West Dean Gardens in Sussex, a site of 100 acres of arboretum, formal grounds, a walled garden, and 13 large Victorian glasshouses. He writes for the Daily Telegraph gardening supplement and Gardeners' World and Gardens Illustrated * magazines. He has received two awards from the Garden Media Guild: in 2021 Journalist of the Year and in 2019 the Alan Titchmarsh New Talent Award. Tom is also an RHS show judge at the Chelsea Flower Show.
