In a world where legal systems are increasingly interconnected, and the legal experience undergoes constant evolution, Lex Successionis represents an untapped opportunity through national and international conferences. It is also an extremely promising field at the confluence of all legal domains, demonstrating the ongoing legal vitality of the proposed research area. Therefore, it serves as an occasion to discuss current issues related to the universality of succession law with relevance for the legal community, society, economic, cultural, and linguistic environments, sparking the interest of both legal theorists and practitioners (lawyers, notaries, judges, judicial executors, legal advisors).
