She is also the illustrator of This Is Not a Valentine, Truman, * The Love Letter,and Little Freddie Two Pants . When she's not writing or illustrating books, Lucy is an executive art director of Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers. She grew up in Cortland, New York, and she now lives with her little family in Brooklyn, New York.
