About The Author

My name is Cornita Taylor and I'm the founder of Cornita Taylor Health & Wellbeing. I am a woman who, throughout my life, has experienced so many highs and lows, but I always get back up and begin anew. As a mother to a beautiful daughter who is the love of my life, my priority will be to protect and nurture her to the best version of herself. I am also one of seven siblings, a daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend to many. I am the business owner of Cornita Taylor Health & Wellbeing, in partnership with Melented Hands Sports and Massage Therapy.

In 2019 I was in the Finalist for the most influential person of the year, very much great achievement. In 2024, Inspirational Person of the Year for Black owned Business, and Health & Wellbeing Champion in the MBCC Awards, I'm honoured, win or not I'm grateful and excited for what is in store for my future.
