Jason Bailey is the author of 'Pulp Fiction: The Complete History of Quentin Tarantino's Masterpiece, ' 'The Ultimate Woody Allen Film Companion' (both Voyageur Press), and 'Richard Pryor: American Id' (The Critical Press). A graduate of the Cultural Reporting and Criticism program at New York University's Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute, his writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Village Voice, Vulture, VICE, Slate, The Atlantic, The Dissolve, IndieWire, and Flavorwire, where he was film editor for seven years.
