*Miller, Carol: *- Carol Miller is a nationally recognized school counselor, keynote speaker, and passionate advocate for student success. With more than two decades of experience at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, she brings practical expertise and heart to her work with young people.

She is the creator of* Building Champions: A Small-Group Curriculum for Boys and StarBound: A Journey to Leadership Development, Empowerment, and Drama Reduction for Girls *. Carol is a Past President of the New York State School Counselor Association and has been honored with both the New York State School Counselor of the Year Award and the New York State School Counselor Association's Career Achievement Award. She is the creator of Counseling Essentials and the host of the Summer Counselor Conference, which empowers counselors across the country with tools, training, and inspiration.

Carol resides in New York with her husband, three sons, and their cat, Joe. She loves supporting children and empowering fellow counselors -- and never turns down a scoop of ice cream.
